First round was an interview with a HR employee which lasted about an hour. The first question was salary requirements which I though was very inappropriate for the first question in an interview. Next I was asked to go through my resume and then answered 2 behavioral questions. I passed this round and about 5 days later was asked to do a virtual interview. The virtual interview was an absolute joke. Nestle uses some app similar to zoom or Skype they created for the virtual interview and it is absolutely terrible. The virtual interview consisted of 3 1 hour interviews with 2 Nestle employees each round. Was asked 2-3 different behavioral questions each round. Only problem is the software is so terrible you spend more time asking to have questions and/or answers repeated. Also, the third set of interviewers were 25 minutes late. I was very unimpressed after this and as soon as the interview was over I immediately withdrew myself from consideration due to the interview process. My advice is ditch the crappy software you tried to develop and go with a proven software such as zoom or just don’t do virtual interviews at all. I was very disappointed.

It took months before I received a call but after that the process moved quickly. All questions were behavioral based. Corporate recruiter scheduled a time for a phone screening with me; about an hour. Then I was contacted by the location I applied to for a virtual interview. That took 3-4 hours and spoke with several people who included HR and the manager I would report to. Soon after I was asked to come on-site. There I had a tour and met most of the people who interviewed me in person.
