The interview process begins with a phone screening interview. Behavior based questions are asked on this, so it is just as important to prepare for this stage of the interview! The next stage is a face to face where more behavior-based questions are asked. It is so important to come prepared. How I prepared for mine was writing down as many work-related stories as possible where I either impacted the company, my team, etc. While many candidates, like me, were very nervous for the interview, it's important to be yourself and showcase your personality!

The interview process is great and well thought out. The organization prepares the interested candidates as much as they can to set them up for success. Great process overall from start to finish.
