A LOT of rapid fire behavior based interview questions...They really wanted to discuss salary in the first round of interviews and were very straightforward letting me know the ballpark figure I had given them to complete the online application was far and beyond what they had in mind. Did not like the tone of that conversation nor discussing salary in the first round of interviews to that degree. Also sounds like the position is more of a jr- mid level position as the salary was in the low 50s. They dont have any kind of in-house production studio and by the end of the conversation I felt I was over qualified for the position so I wasn't upset at all when they didnt make me an offer.

Was contacted by a recruiter. Had a quick phone call with them to discuss the role and pre-screen me. After not hearing anything for about a month, the recruiter reassured me the hiring person was on vacation. Finally heard from them and had a 50-minute long phone interview. Was told I'd hear something soon. Never heard a peep. I had no way of contacting the interviewer because of their online scheduling system, but the recruiter never replied to my follow up either. My friend who had a similar process received a note within 36 hours of her phone interview that they wouldn't be doing an in-person interview, so I kept thinking I had a chance since they hadn't reached out to turn me down. Until they just never contacted me again. Super long process just to get nowhere.
