First round was with a recruiter who was extremely nice. 30ish min call to go over resume and two behavior questions. Next round was a bit more difficult. 3 hours long back to back with little to no breaks. By round 3, your mind is a little tired from already answering 8 behavior questions. Seems they asked about the same things/situations in a different way. I understood the purpose of these questions, but I think it’s a bit much to be asked 12 questions. Not a firm believer this determines a person rather their resume and an open discussion can give better insight to a person and they’re an ideal candidate for the position. Personally felt I was a strong candidate with my years of experience but may have felt short on answers.

Poche domande mirate che però sono semplici, mi è piaciuto il modo in cui il responsabile HR si è interfacciato con me facendomi sentire a mio agio. Prima si è partiti da domande generiche per poi andare nello specifico e farmi domande tecniche sulla mia preparazione inerente alle skills richieste per la posizione per la quale mi candidavo.
