I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. in Mar 2021
Interview
About two weeks after submitting my resume I had a phone interview with a recruiter. She was very knowledgeable about the company and role. We went through my resume, salary requirements and she asked one behavioral based question and then I had the opportunity to ask her some questions. A couple days after I got an email to schedule a virtual interview. I was schedule for 3 hour long interviews back-to-back. They all were very formal and a bit rigid. I got the classic automated email that I did not get the role which I felt was very impersonal after I took the time to come up with 8 different situations/sample answers to their questions and then spent 3 hours being interviewed by them. I reached out to the recruiter to ask for feedback and she didn't even respond to me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Classic STAR-style interview questions that range from technical to relationship skills. Questions like "Tell us about a successful project you worked on," "Talk us through an ethical dilemma you face," "Tell us about a time you solved an interpersonal conflict.

I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Bentonville, AR)
Interview
The recruiter set up a time and date with me for a phone interview along with what number she was to call me at. She even sent me a meeting invite, which I immediately accepted. Interview date and time came and went and no call. I sent her an email and left her a VM and days later I still have never heard from her. Extremely unprofessional for such a big company. Unfortunately it seems to be the norm with recruiters today.

We’d like to learn more about the situation to reschedule, or at least learn how we can improve. Please email us at careers@nestle.purina.com with the time and date of your interview so that we can look into this. Again, thank you! David B., Recruiting Manager
