The interview process took quite some time. Submitted resume in early November and didn't hear any feedback until almost Christmas. I was called for a phone interview that took roughly 35-40 minutes. It was pretty easy - basically covered my resume and then asked a few behavioral sample questions. A week later, I was called into the office for 3 separate hour-long interviews. They gave me a tour of the facilities and I met a lot of employees. Two interviews were one-on-one and the third interview had two people asking me questions. All people were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Some of the questions were tough. It was hard for someone, with little experience related to PR (but, can you blame me? I'm a college student who is trying to get experience with an internship and they expect me to already have a lot of knowledge about the job... it's a double edged sword and not really fair). The questions themselves were easy to understand but I felt like I kept repeating myself. Each interview had 4 questions and each question took about 15 minutes to answer thoroughly. I received an email a week later saying that they had chosen someone else.
