I currently work for ebay as an Escalations Agent for UK market pretty tough and hard environment to work in can be mentally challenging but just means you need a good work life balance. Remember its not aimed at you personally but the company but by explaining why something is the way it is helps immensely you really have to think this is an upset individual and find out why and if I can help if not give them options kill people with kindness works. I have also worked for Paypal completely different system as its people's money and accounts so again very sensitive area. I think I have chosen Customer Care as I am genuinely an empathetic person and its comes across in descalating calls. I am very technical minded I like to investigate things deeply until I get an answer. I have over 10 years experience in office administration, customer care, retail included, and apart from call centre jobs majority of my roles Were office based doing all areas of work from payroll and expenses to billing and collections. Also managing a fleet of technical engineers who I issued jobs and call outs to for preparing Ricoh leased all in one machines in their office or properties. I also started as an order and data entry Clerk with Viking Direct and gradually moved to tracking and tracing dept logistics and all while doing service excellence team calls which were manager call backs only managers didnt call we did hence service excellence tital. Amongst a lot more besides. I'm a kind friendly outgoing person very quick learner and proficient in all areas of MS office I am reliable trustworthy punctual person who wants to be paid what I'm worth.
