Director of TA took the interview, which due to timezones was a late one. At the end of the conversation (Some 40 mins in) he stressed that feedback would be given within a week, and that he should be chased if not provided. I've chased for 3 weeks now and nothing! He also wants strong focus on the candidate experience and becoming an employer of choice which he's already failing.
