I have been at Epos Now since June, around the same time as your Interview. While I cant speak for your experience, mine on the other hand was very different, Two interviews as well as a role play and gruelling scenario based questions. As for people leaving, I find this difficult to understand based on observations, since June 2015 I have seen over 50 new employees (and thats just off the top of my own head). I know this because when I first started I had my pick of the office desks, now I'm lucky If can find a spare seat.
