I did very well with the interview process and they said that they would get back to me by the end of the week with a decision but then never responded. Very poor communication at the end of the process. I was very displeased that they left me hanging when they said straight out that they didn't want to waste anyones time and would be prompt and to the point with their thoughts about my candidacy for a position. I ended up moving on and accepting a better position with a start up.
