I worked there for over two years and it is completely ridiculous. For the most part in my plant, there is a complete shift of workers that are the "Privileged." They demand that they start a shift set up perfectly yet when they leave nothing is the way it is supposed to be. On top of that, there are select people that no matter how much they mess up or how little of their job they do they are impervious to any sort of discipline. While people that were actively trying to do their jobs are terminated on nearly a weekly basis. The turn over rate for the position I had was excessively high, from both terminations and people quitting because they were constantly having to do two to three other peoples jobs while getting paid for one and someone else getting paid for their hard work as well.
