Palantir Technologies Interview Question
Onsite: A debugging round figuring out why some sample code isn't producing the correct output. You're given a Mac laptop (and have to ask your interviewer how to use commands if you're not familiar with Java, or IntelliJ) and asked to correct the code. If you understand recursion and Java you'll do fine, but it wasn't clear if this was meant to be a "think aloud while debugging" question.

Onsite: "How would you design a system that takes a list of ingredients and displays recipes that can be made with the given ingredients?" It was unclear what the focus of the question was, and there was a long-winded backstory that deterred from the question itself. I believe it would help if you know SQL. Asked questions about trade offs of one design VS the other.
