There were plenty difficult situations. One of resident came to the office totally drunk and aggressive and yelled on my team. I called to the security immediately and tried to take him away from girls as they already was so scared of him. The most important to stay calm. He refused to leave the place and I called to his wife as I know her personally, she came down in 5 min to leasing office and took him back to apartment. Next day I got an apologies card from him and never got any issues again.
