Treat each student with respect. (yes, poorly worded, but teaching philosophies are not a requirement for teaching employment in a commercial setting where I gained my experience. In a commercial setting, it's all about improving employee performance, increasing output, and reducing waste, all of which lead to more profits. The "philosophy" is to make the bottom line better so everyone remains employed.
