The problem is many PMs do not have a clue, so asking Technical questions is a waste of time. What they should be asking is 'How do you think your staff should be treated'? If someone comes to you with a problem would you be sympathetic to their requirements'? If you are the PM and a client phones you up with a problem offshore how would you handle it'?
