I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Q² Solutions (Durham, NC) in May 2022
Interview
The interview took place over Microsoft Teams and was with 3 employees. No one other than me had their cameras on which made it a little difficult to judge engagement. The questions they asked were standard fare interview questions, however I got the sense no one really cared too much about what I was saying as no one really followed up or made any comments on any of my answers. Two people on the call stayed completely silent unless prodded to speak. The person who asked me questions rapid fired through them and during the interview the impression I had was that they wanted to get the interview over with before it had even started. When I was given the opportunity to ask questions the answers I received were very brief. The interview was supposed to last 45 minutes and barely made it to 30. I was shocked at how cold this interview felt as the 2 interviews I had before were friendly and engaging. I didn't receive an offer but the whole experience had turned me off so much that I don't know if I would have accepted one had it even been offered.

Interview
Arranged a call with the HR only for them to cancel and then send a link to a one way video interview. The interview itself was straightforward though. Moved on to the next stage and spoke to the hiring manager and then got ghosted. Very unprofessional.

Interview
