I would normally take this time to let you know how I answered this question but, Hajoca is such a trash company that I feel this section is better served at letting you know to avoid this place at all costs. The hiring process is completely devoid of appreciation for the personal time of it's potential employees. Additionally the Hiring manager and HR team I dealt with was incredibly rude when I professionally brought attention to the antiquated reasoning used in selecting a candidate for an IT role using performance base metrics that are not relative to the job function. If you are rude and disrespectful to a potential candidate I can already tell how you treat people that currently work for you.
