They did not state you must have a background in phlebotomy and there were multiple jobs with very similar job titles but different job descriptions. The one I applied for did not specify EKG or phlebotomy knowledge; I responded to the interviewer that I have skills in separating plasma but not harvesting/phlebotomy with patients.
