A I said I didn't have a problem hearing NO and that is was a good question. I believe the person was asking the question to see what would happen if I disagreed with what the owner wanted to do. Since I have been asked before about working for an owner and his family, I believe the last person had an issue with the owner and that is why he/she left. Overall experience of this interview was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. You always get more nervous before an interview.
