TK Elevator Interview Question

Question in C++ OOD like what is template, namespace, deadlock, synchronize between thread. Memory leak etc. Vector and Map in STL.. Inheritance, virtual functions, operators, copy constructors initialization list, friends and multiple inheritance. Diffident between pointer and reference.
