I first had a phone screen with an engineer. Afterwards I was invited to set up in an in person interview, and was told typically they only do one and then decide to make an offer or not. After doing so I then was scheduled for a second interview, in person, a couple weeks later with a different set of people. Finally a week or so after that I had another phone conversation with an engineer I had interviewed with to discuss which of the possible roles they had was a best fit and an offer several days after that. I accepted the offer within their stated time frame for acceptance only for them to delay responding to that acceptance and then attempt to back out of the offer which was extremely disappointing.
