They don't have minimum concern about employees who joined as contractors. After doing 18 - 20 hrs of efficient work they don't enroll to permanent. also there is No process from the management. Project managers and leads will not treat employees properly. one of Bad management in project. there is no recognition to employees. people in higher position also shout like in fish market. I feel it's better to choose other company than working in this company
