I was reached out via LinkedIn and had an initial phone call, and then set up an in person interview. I did not get a response after my interview. I had followed up twice and after a week they reached out to let me know they wanted to be consistent and wanted all their leaders to have open availability. I found this interesting as during my interview process they mentioned another store leader not being available on a certain day during the week. Hoping they become more open with availability- in retail it's tough to find people with open availability now as most people appreciate a work/life balance. I could not help but feel that I did not get an offer since mentioning I am a mom and although I like to keep a consistent schedule at home I can be quite flexible if necessary. Searching for a job as a mom is rough sometimes!
