Safety behavior-based, conflict resolution, process knowledge, and personal development/improvement questions mainly. Did a great job welcoming me and making me comfortable before and during interview. No real technical questions.

Honestly. I was more curious about the position than anything and I think they realized that I didn’t want the position by the end of the interview. I wasn’t impressed or too interested hence not taking the position.
