Self-timed "critical thinking" questions with a few excel pivot table problems thrown in.

The critical thinking questions weren't really that but a few trick questions which were rather tedious. The use of excel for project management (even the management of Agile projects) is a bit archaic. They do not let you know ahead of time to have dropbox ready to go or that you would be required to have a version of excel. As you're self-timing your questions, this can become a bit of a stressor until you decide to ignore it. Also, they do not take into consideration that some PM's now use something other than Microsoft products for PM'ing. Questions seemed to skew toward needing an excel guru versus a true PM. Completed the questionnaire realizing I did not want to work for a company like that and it clearly showed in how I addressed their questions...skipping a few, knowing it would work against me. Their response was that it wasn't a fit (Yay!)
