After learning about your company I love everything it embodies which is HEART, and the fact that you care about not just your employees but people in general. I was hesitant to apply at first because I was afraid I wasn't good enough but what led me to do it was that paragraph below the benefits, "Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate." It showed me that you guys understand and for that to happen is because you guys cared.
