First off, never in my 7 years of experience as a tutor have I ever "given a lesson". I provide support, guidance, and problem solving tools to students. On top of that, the format of this interview basically assumed that the lesson would be a 10-minute lecture? It did not allow for the applicant to use any materials such as a virtual whiteboard or worksheet. I don't know what type of tutors they're looking for, but it's not me.
