Answered each question. I was a nice interview. However I got vibes right off the bat that they were not going to hire me, From everything they discussed it seem that they were in favor of hiring people that had no qualifications or even course one in college. Because of this, it seemed to me that at least they were willing to give these type of people a chance, and someone like myself who had the education experience and know how would also have a chance--No Dice! Got rejected for the position 2 days later. I heard they hired from a recommendation on the inside. Internal Candidate, Old Boys Club, etc when it works in your favor, it's a great thing. When it is not, it is a hard thing to gt around. The sad thing was I really needed the job.
