I worked for Molina in ABQ for 2 years. The job was good and easy to do but management suffers from lack of skills in managing a call center. You gather all this data and seldom is it put to use. I have experienced everything you went through just in the interview process. It could have been a great company...I had heard that New Mexico was the only branch that had poor management from top to bottom.
