My strengths are based out of my experience after 20 years of working and various branches in the medical field I have obtained knowledge ,patience ,common sense and dedication when it comes to patient care. Has been exposed to various situations and don't shy away from any obstacle in order to achieve patient satisfaction.I would have to say that my weakness has to do with me putting everything pertaining to the patients needs .when it comes to that I can't and I should not say no this is the main reason why I am in the medical field I love to be a part of patient's well-being.
