We had a team of ten for core project. Our product is HeartMelt Candle with a special customized message inside the candle. When the candle melts away the message will reveal. Sometimes we had disagreements about how to do marketing with our product and at one time I had different views of designing the questionnaire for potential target market with other people in marketing team. However, I firmly illustrated my point of view towards the design and reasons for it but they still sticked to theirs. At the end we voted for decision making. Although we used their ideas at the end this process made me realize how to show your opinion and compromise at the end when working as a team.
