If you are interviewing in the US - you will learn a lot about the discrepancies between american and indian education. I interviewed two years ago as a process executive - some of the questions I had to answer the second round were: -How would you rate your technical skills in terms of computers? -Talk about a time where you dealt with a very difficult customer. What was your approach with that customer, and what did you learn from the experience? -What would you do if your manager instructed you to do something that would be considered unethical? Hardly any questions were about Infosys BPO as a company, as it will be more important what you learn and can say about the clients you will work with. Hope this helps!
