That's a great question. I spent over 16 years in commercial banking, and during that time, I dealt with physical security issues, and more recently with cyber security issues. My granddaughter fell victim to just such a scam loosing over $5000 which has still not been traced. I know first hand how devastating this can be, and want to help those who might fall victim avoid that fate.
