I WOULD NOT recommend TEKsystems for anyone with professional work experience, as I was told in my rejection email: "The Director didn't feel great knowing you abandon your counseling track, which you probably spent alot of money to secured a master’s in, and also your lack of sales experience." My issue with this response and rejection is: first, education is EXTREMELY important and should NEVER be disregarded because it's a CHOICE (as a note I did COMPLETE my masters...I did not abandon it and it should be of NO CONCERN how much I spent on MY education) and second it is an ENTRY LEVEL job with 13 WEEKS of training, which in theory should completely prepare you for this position. I did follow up with the recruiter to share my opinion with her.
