I told them about how one time our signage was confusing to a customer and the customer was confused about the price. I went over to the sign and explained what the sign meant. The sign waste had up was supposed to be there from what corporate had told us. I wanted the customer to be happy though so I knocked down the price to what they thought it was. The sign read, "30% off all red lines". Red lines were price tags with a red line through them. The portion that read all red lines was small print the customer failed to see and read.
