This would be the first job i would work for, but i have dealt with many difficult problems at school. Examples of this would be a group member not finishing his/her part of the assignment that was due the next day, and was asked to complete it a few days back. How i handled this, was i completed the part that was unfinshed, and the next day had a talk with the person telling him that he should have finished his part when he was asked to. i didn't wan't to be mean so i said this as nicely as possible. " Please dont make the rest of this group suffer by not completeing your part. You are lucky we caught it or else the group would have been upset with you. So please do your work!" then i said thank you and sat back in my seat.
