Director of operations and I was trying to figure out a way to ship products on pallets without freight companies destroying the product. Operation manager wanted to do more work than had to be done , I showed him the easiest way and most efficient way . So I did two pallets my way and his way. The way he wanted it done had gotten damaged and returned, but the way I chose to do it made it without any problems
