In the year 2018, after having a year of working experience, I started to become authoritative in group activities. I took the wind out of my group’s sails and that resulted in them feeling disconnected from me. We were required to develop a marketing campaign, I was in charge of planning and summarizing the tasks. However, I forced everyone to speed up the process and criticized them because it was not what I expected. This huge mistake taught me a valuable lesson. After that project, they did not want us on the same board owing to the stress and discomfort atmosphere I created. At the same time, I failed to truly understand teammates and lead the team. After a week, I decided to get feedback from others, thought about my shortcomings, and how they affected others, and directly changed my behaviors.
