As the placement coordinator of my department , I've had extensive teamwork experience. During the placement season we had multiple companies visiting on the same day..it created lot of confusion among the students and the situation would be stressed out. I worked closely with my fellow placement coordinators to streamline the entire drive , we divided responsibilities, coordinating schedules and finally we were successful in conducting the drive smoothly helping students who had overlapping drive to separate the time schedules and attend the drive.
