Super easy question, you shouldn't need help in figuring out an answer to if you have pets or not. I ended up not actually talking about myself, just my pets. If you want to talk about yourself, you should include only work-related things, like "I volunteered at a pet hospital for a few years and found I really like working with animals", don't talk about your favorites video games or anything. There was a question later in the interview about if I had any pets before the ones I have now, and what those were.
