Process was quite weird, two females were sitting in a cabin and they were not even in the mood of taking interviews. One of them was literally discussion her personal life events with me. As and when I started telling them about myself they have interrupted me 3 times which exhausted me as I'm not a fresher. They didn't even bother to listen what I was saying, they both were lost in their own thoughts I really don't have any idea what exactly they wanted to listen from me. They even seems junior to me. It feels like panel was not available that's why company make them sit to entertain themselves. They have wasted my whole day as I have went there all traveled from Noida to Gurgaon. Now comes the interesting part, they're not even looking to hire people from outside as I heard one person saying "Sir please, make my reference join, please select her. She has basic idea about excel and she knows HR". That's the kind of talent you'll find in Ericsson. They are the ones due to which whole HR community has to listen. "HR people don't do anything, they only know how to make Rangoli". Grow up guys!!
