My experience was back in India when I was handling front desk activities of our Tile & Ceramics store. The issue was related to the quality of one of the ground tiles sold. I find it very difficult to solve the issue because I need to consider both my customer and the wholesaler. Finally I tackled the issue by providing them with new ground tiles at half rate.
