I want this role because I love Best Buy and it my next step in advancing my career. I love the people and helping customers and it seemed like the best next step for me. I feel I already do this role in my store along with my current responsibilities. I take care of all store issues and assist associates in multiple areas when there direct leader isn't available. I feel this role encompasses so much responsibility with the customer and making sure our employees are happy and that is exactly what makes me happy about potentially working in this role. I've been with Best Buy many years and I know I would be a great and continued asset in this role.
