There's so much to tell, I’m an above and beyond type employee (110% type), as a seasonal sales associate, my main job requirement is to give exceptional customer service by providing knowledge on a variety of products and answering any questions. To ensure customer satisfaction I have purchased over 25% of the plants available in order to give a personal and professional experience of the requirements that come along with owning plants. In addition, I have made product resources for my co-workers. By doing this I have reduced the department's returns exponentially.
