I did not make it to the second round of F2F, however, my friend did make the second round. In my opinion, there was no one "watching" the candidates in the room. A few people were utilizing the recommendations posted on Glassdoor to put an effort with other candidates. The questions posed during the interview are essentially the same ones as posted on this website for the F2F interview. Yes, it matters how you answer the questions, but it equally matters if you click with the interviewer (FA). I answered all questions correctly and with confidence, however, I could sense during the course of interview that he will not allow me to continue with second round of the interview. I have about 20 years of customer service experience with ability to speak four difference languages along with a university degree. They appear to be looking for someone very young with minimal customer service experience where they can mold the candidate according to their company image. Overall a descent interview experience.
