I have been in the IT field for a little over 14 years and have had experience from help desk, tech support tier 3 to Data Center hosting engineer positions. I believe my skill set and years of experience in the IT field would be an asset to your organization. Also my problem solving approach and passion to learn new systems and processes would make me a great candidate for this position. As far as Certifications I have my CompTIA A+ and as we speak I am studying for my Security+ exam.
