Clipboard Interview Question

The first part was a technical challenge, which was an absolute trainwreck. Mislabelled, incorrectly explained, missing critical information. And because it's automated, nobody is around to ask for clarification. Basically if they hire someone that gets it right, it's only because that person was lucky enough to assume or guess correctly what they meant or made-up the right information. AKA, not the best engineer, just a random one. For example, the instructions indicated a "tiered membership subscription" which most often implies defined tiers of membership - with ads, no ads with HD, no ads with 4K (or something like that). Not what they meant. They meant an infinite number, or spectrum of prices (prorated charges based on other information). Then all of the major pieces of data in the code were referred to and described in the instructions, except for one of the critical pieces of data.
