I wasn't very prepared for it because I wasn't expected sys design questions for new grad hires. I didn't do very well on that one. However, I felt like I did well on the 2nd interview where I was given a graph traversal question. The interviewer was even nice enough to tell me (towards the end of the interview) that I had to speak / present myself more confidently.
