They asked several fairly standard programming type questions (traverse a binary tree, path finding, etcetera). The biggest curve ball was when they asked a very standard programming question, then after I solved it in the common and obvious way asked "Okay, now how would you do that without using the technique you just used." It was a good question, and one I answered poorly. I *think* that's what cost me the job.
