First of all, I believe using the word weakness has a negative implication therefore, I prefer "learning opportunity. I believe my learning opportunity is working on six sigma and improving my project management skills. To this question, I believe asking my "weaknesss" in the year 2022 is an outdated question with a negative implication where I believe they want us to answer " my weakness is being a perfectionist" or some outdated answer like that.
